Fantastic experience all round from the quotes to the professional work carried out by the grounds men and then the team that has laid the patio, full value for money and full professional experience. every one of the workmen were polite and knew their jobs and really cracked on with it to complete to a perfect standard. I also really liked the fact that Patrick and Ben come round to check the work and how their team are progressing. I would fully recommend Terrafirma Paving for any paving work. I went to Terrafirma having experienced really poor workmanship just 4 months earlier, when my block-paved driveway was extended. I was really keen to sort out but apprehensive about having it totally redone by another driveway company, especially as the first company (who'd made a total hash of it) had great reviews posted on popular review sites - so why should I trust another company with similar reviews? I definitely made the right choice with Terrafirma Driveways. This company is professional, totally trustworthy and produced a fantastic finish to our new block paving driveway. They explained exactly what they'd do and the materials they'd use at every stage of the build. Having been 'stung' before, I was all over their workmanship from start to finish, which they were very comfortable with. Nothing was too much trouble. All the guys are really experienced and work as full-time employees for Terrafirma, most of them having done so for many years. To my knowledge they don't use any sub-contractors. With their wealth of experience they suggested options and alternatives at various stages to achieve the best results. They could tell I was fussy and rather pedantic, yet they really delivered. A terrific team of guys. Patrick and the team really saved the day and came up trumps for us. The reason they're booked up so many months in advance speaks for itself - well worth the wait if you want the best job on your driveway. See the skillful block work in and around to nicely integrate the drain cover - top job! It's a bit of a cliché, but if I'd give this company 6 stars if I could. Totally recommended - 100%.
Excellent after sales service. The team take a lot of pride in their work and the company name. Exceptional to find a company that still cares about the quality of their work. If you want peace of mind and a lovely driveway, I would recommend Terrafirma Paving.
